Father Hooks Best Bitter is based on a well known pub beer, and contains both Bramling Cross and Columbus hops. This beer kit ferments out at 4.5% abv to produce a big malty bodied best bitter with a wonderful orange marmalade character, the malts being in perfect balance with the bitterness of the hops. The hops provide a complex aroma profile of slight fruit and vanilla, which together with the malt goodness make a wonderful beer.
The box contains 2 sachets of malt, a yeast sachet, priming sugar, as well as a sachet of hops and hop straining bag.
