This kit contains 1.7kg of apple concentrate, and an elderflower. The instructions provide details for making either Apple and Elderflower wine or an elderflower cider. It will need the addition of 1.3kg of sugar to produce 23 litres of elderflower cider with an ABV of 6%, alternatively, add 3.5kg of sugar to produce 23 litres of medium dry elderflower apple wine with an ABV of 11.6%.
The kit includes an elderflower flavour sachet which is added after fermentation, this may produce a flavour that is a litlle overpowering for some, so we suggest only adding half first.
